May I suggest two more fixes:

- Fix the Copyright Format URL in debian/copyright to use
http://www.debian.org/doc/packaging-manuals/copyright-format/1.0/

- turn FONTLOG.txt into an "upstream changelog" so that it's installed
as /usr/share/doc/<package>/changelog.gz
