The extended description contains:

> Glyphs are designed
> as scalable vector graphics hence displays very well at any screen
> size. 

The plural subject "Glyphs" disagrees with the third person singular verb "displays". "displays" should read "display".

By the way, there should be a determiner before "Twitter" in the last sentence.
