Yes, this is the new home page for the "Ecolier" font.

It's also a page for another font named "Odumo"
(http://douteau.ecolier.perso.sfr.fr/page_odumo.htm) where the font is
designed to allow partial display of words in order to challenge
children with some exercises during the learning of reading....by
reading partial words.

Both these fonts are indeed designed for teaching, mostly.
