If you're talking about debian packaging, and you plan to do more
frequent releases, it would be great to just put those into debian
itself (maybe in experimental for the ones you think might not be ready
for prime time).  I'm not sure what the merit is of having a separate repo.

If you do choose to do a separate repo, having your packaging diverge as
minimally as possible from the canonical debian packaging is a great idea.
