[Pkg-fonts-devel] mention freetype features in release notes

Hi fellow typofils,

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FreeType highlight the following changes 
to FreeType between 2.4.9 (in Wheezy) and 2.5.2 (targeted Jessie):

  * Add TrueType subpixel hinting support
  * Add support for OpenType collections and CFF fonts within an SFNT 
    wrapper
  * Add CFF parsing and hinting engine, and enable by default

Seems relevant to mention in release notes.  Anyone having opinions on 
that?  If folks here agree, anyone familiar with and volunteering to do 
it?
