Hello fonts team,

Is the above issue some how related fontconfig?. As per description of
James a wrong font is being choosen which I feel might be because of
some fontconfig rule.

Is there a way to find out what might be causing this issue?. I'm not
good in fontconfig stuffs so I need teams help.
