[Pkg-fonts-devel] Excluding some files from fontforge upstream

Hi all,

I'm proposing following files to be excluded from fontforge upstream
source as we don't really need them¹.

This change needs modification to configure.ac and Makefile.am. I'm
attaching modified version of the same with this mail.

I would be happy to receive comments on this. I'm trying my best to
bring fontforge into shape in Debian.
