Dear Maintainer,

FreeSerif, FreeSans and FreeMono map the following code points to the
wrong glyphs:

U+2E2A TWO DOTS OVER ONE DOT PUNCTUATION
U+2E2B ONE DOT OVER TWO DOTS PUNCTUATION
U+2E2C SQUARED FOUR DOT PUNCTUATION

Specifically:

U+2E2A has the glyph for U+2E2C;
U+2E2B has the glyph for U+2E2A;
U+2E2C has the glyph for U+2E2B.
