[Pkg-fonts-devel] Bug#877165: RFS: fonttools 3.15.1-3

Hi,

I would like to request for sponsorship for uploading the package for
closing the serious bug #877165, which will change the binary package
name from fonttools to python3-fonttools.  Also I would like to change
the section of this package from fonts to devel.

The changes takes place in Alioth.  Please review.
