Maybe not that much opposition. Jonas does not like the WOFF files going
into the new location, but prefers the new location to not having WOFF
file packaged at all.

Keith has said that if there is both TTF and WOFF, the WOFF should go
into a new location (where fontconfig does not look). So we have
agreement here.

I think the only part Keith would disagree with is if there is only WOFF
and no TTF. He thinks the WOFF should then go under
/usr/share/fonts/woff (and be read by fontconfig).

But this last situation is not the situation that the Annapurna font
package presents. Both TTF and WOFF files are present in the upstream
tarball, so I am ignoring the situation of only having a WOFF file, as
that is not the situation I am facing with this packaging.
