<P>Having gone through your file I thought it wise to present to you an unclosd  

rural electrication project/contract  in order to seek your  

cooperation.</P> 

<P>This is Federal Project that we was awared in 2009 to one of the companies in  

Greece. But the project was executed half way before the company closed theirby  

abandoning the project uncompleted. In this regard, the Government have demanded  

that another company be contacted to complete the project and collect their  

contract balance as their cheque have been approved. Be this as it may, the  

Governement is ready to give another 500% upfront payment for the commencement  

of the project and  50% upon conclusion of the project.This is to ensure  

speedy conclusion of this project.</P> 

<P>My presenting this project to you, is to seek your corporation to have you  

and I can come together to complete the contract and make our profit.</P> 

<P>I am in contact with the head of the workers  the Greece company  

employed then and and they ready to work for us. All we have to do is, import  

the material from the 50% upfront payment the Government will give then pay the  

workers their daily wages to mount the poles and install the solar energy round  

the remaining districts in the country.</P>
