This is a desktop, so I did not had the chance to test on another
connection. I just made a fresh install on a VM in my laptop, and
with the same Internet Connection the problem persisted.

When I arrived to my office I tried again, this time with a
different connection, and the package was installed without any
issue on the VM.

I have no idea what is the cause of the problem, but I think it's on
my end, and outside of the scope of this bug report. Thanks you very
much for your help.

I am able to download the package without any issues, from both my
current mirror and from <a class="moz-txt-link-abbreviated" href="ftp://ftp.br.debian.org">ftp.br.debian.org</a>. I get the same SHA256 that
your apt is expecting.
Are you still experiencing the issue?
