[debian-freedict] FreeDict-tools

Hello,

I'm planning to re-new the FreeDict tools package. Currently I have included
this files in FreeDict source, but it does not belong there.
Any comments on this idea? (or even takers ;))

I hope that Joost is on the list, if yes: please keep the freedict-tools package
experimental for now and remove the rest.
