[Pkg-freeradius-maintainers] Please rebuild freeradius

I just realized the issue you reported is with wheezy-backports, not
jessie-backports. I don’t have the time/motivation to support
oldstable-backports, only possibly stable-backports.

Is anyone interested in having 3.0.12+dfsg-4 in jessie-backports, and/or
doing the work for fixing the wheezy-backports issue?
