Hello,
Vcs-* fields of freevo point to un-precise locations: they should point to where
development is, so that "debcheckout"-ing retunrs a working local copy. The
correct values should be:

Vcs-Svn: svn://svn.debian.org/svn/pkg-freevo/packages/freevo/trunk/
Vcs-Browser: http://svn.debian.org/wsvn/pkg-freevo/packages/freevo/trunk/
