it's just that the Debian BTS is not designed to cope with "unofficial"
packages.  I agree that they should soonish enter Debian anyway, still
we won't get notifications of new bugs, we can't subscribe through the
PTS, etc.  As long as this list is copied on every new bug that's fine,
otherwise people have to poll...  ;-)
