[pkg-fso-maint] fso-gpsd 0.3 packaged

Hi,

I have packaged version 0.3 of fso-gpsd, it’s available in the pkg-fso
repository. This allows you to use applications that expect a running
gpsd to work with frameworkd, such as the unmodified tangogps found in
Debian.

Note that if you have installed fsogpsd-0.1, please purge that package
before (dpkg -P fsogpsd). I didn’t think it was necessary to provide a
smooth upgrade path from a package that was in an unofficial repository
for two days :-)
