The right people to ask would be the pkg-xfce team. There was talk about
packaging it once:

but it seems nothing happened. If you ask on that mailing list, maybe
someone will package it. Once it’s packaged and uploaded, it’ll
automatically built for armel as well.

I’m trying (again) since yesterday to use it as a phone, using zhone on
Debian. It works somewhat, but audio quality is still bad (volume too
low on my side, echo and noise on the other side).
