[pkg-fso-maint] nodm and x-terminal-emulator (was Re: /root/.xsession in install.sh)

Allright, given that those people who do use nodm for an embedded setup
know how to modify a package, or use equiv, it’s probably ok, I’ll add
it in git. Although I still don’t see that happening: FreeRunner and PC
users have xterm installed (and if they remove it, they know what they
are doing). Users of other devices know what they are doing...
