Yes, so far, before doing a release, I ran git-dch and then manually
cleaned up the changelog. I felt that this is less work than having to
merge changelog entries from different branches. But I’m new to debian
packaging with git, so if you think that manual changelog entries are
more suitable, I’m fine with that.
