As previously discussed [1], I just renamed the Git repository to
fso-frameworkd and set a symlink to frameworkd for backward
compatibility [2].  I verified that current setups (i.e. with the old
name) doesn't break with the new name.  For new setups, it seems that
Git follows the symlink, thus all is OK :-D

I also update the Git description.
