[pkg-fso-maint] FreeSmartphone.Org kernel

Hi there!

I started working on the FreeSmartphone.Org kernel [1] as part of the
Debian FSO Team [2] to smooth the Debian experience on the Openmoko
FreeRunner [3].  For this reason, I'll compile the FSO kernel on
agricola.d.o, since it'll require days, with the other option being a
QEMU machine...

Please let me know in case of any problem.
