I've now built fso-misc-vapi package and looked inside.

Although it is lintian-clean and generally ok, I think files AUTHORS (that 
duplicates information from copyright), README (that contains a copy of 
package description and nothing more) and changelog,gz (that contains 
singe line 'See git log') should not be included 
in /usr/share/doc/fso-misc-vapi/
