[pkg-fso-maint] openmoko-panel-plugin 0.7-2: installation fails

i tried adding a -V 2.5 to dh_pysupport as stated in the manpage but it
doesn't do anything useful. there is no special version of
update-python-modules called in the postinst script.

i added the rules file. may be someone with more experiance can take a
look at it.
