[pkg-fso-maint] first uploads

Hi all,

today I pushed the first part of my work to git.debian.org containing

- fso-misc-vapi
vapi files that are in development and used by various fso components but not 
yet submited to main vala. As Mickey said this could also be quite some time 
till they are included.
Currently I'm missing a license info for one file but apart from that it should 
be complete.

- libgsm0710
lowlevel part of the abyss chain - should also be complete.

- libfso-glib
used for example by fso-usaged. I will continue my cleanup here tomorrow. 
(license info is ambigous, control, ...)

So for the first two I would like some comments to prevent rookie mistakes to 
spread to the other packages (libfsoframework, libfsotransport, fso-usaged, 
fso-abyss, libgsm0710mux).
