[pkg-fso-maint] Running depmod after installing the kernel

Since module dependency file should be modified when packages providing 
kernel modules are installed, that file can't be statically installed with 
the kernel package.

That's why depmod runs in postinst, both of kernel and of module-providing 
packages.
