Now my app throws exception if you try to launch it and you get timeout 
from the framework. Which is quite wanted, only a popup message needs to 
be added to let the user know why the app refuses to start.

But if this happens after the app was launched, then it will work just 
fine, but you will not get any neighbour cells any more (to my 
experience, when timeouts start to appear, it never stops).

I had to make tests days before the problem showed up again. Then it was 
at every boot for a couple of days. Very weird. If this happens for 
everyone, then Debian users will log much less cells than under other 
distributions :-(

So the git tree has a new tag for 0.3.2. Please use it to make the 
package, and let me know if anything is wrong.
