The last question (what to include in the quick launcher) has no effect on
what icons show on the desktop, as the selected apps are written to
~/.e/e/applications/bar/default/.order, which is the place the ibar module
looks at.

For now, providing an archive containing all the .desktop files from
/usr/share/applications would be enough.
