Note that the patch to be applied depends on how we solve the debconf
preseeding for console-setup:

This because if console-setup is already installed by cdebootstrap, then
apt-get is able to correctly resolve the dependencies (I just finished
to tested this...).
This is the solution I would prefer, for two reasons:
1) console-setup is the future, thus one day kbd will depends on
"console-setup | console-common", which means that even a buggy
apt-get would pick up console-setup as the first option.
2) we avoid one more manual intervention.
