[pkg-fso-maint] consider removing zhone from install.sh?

Hi,

currently zhone is not installable due to some e17 issues[1]. This is
understandable since e17 seems to be changing rapidly. However, since
install.sh always tries to install zhone this leads to a severe
problem: new people are unable to install debian at all due to this
bug.

Could we make installation of zhone optional in install.sh? People
could then login with ssh and install whatever dialer they like.
