[pkg-fso-maint] Sebastian Reichel added to pkg-fso team

Hi,

I just added Sebastian Reichel <elektranox at gmail.com> to the alioth
team. I assume it’s because he wants to put the openbmap-logger package
in there. Is that right Sebastian,
