[pkg-fso-maint] Kernel package update to get wifi fix?

Hi

Looks like an important wifi-related bug was fixed in freerunner kernel 
[1]. It is a good time to update kernel package in pkg-fso repo.

How this can be done?
I have upload permissions to the pkg-fso repo, but I'm unaware of details 
how our kernel package is built/maintained.
