I see.

However, I doubt about this change.

It is causing lintian errors, not warnings.
It caused removal of ldconfig calls in postinst/postrm, which looks 
incorrect.
Amarok package, that is our 'precenent', does install shlibs.

I suggest to revert this change, at least for now.
