[pkg-fso-maint] [debian/fso] w/o sim battery empties alarmingly fast

I remember to have read somewhere about the problem that without a sim the 
sim-holder closes a circuit resulting in a enery drain. There it was suggested 
to put a pice of plastic/paper in the sim-holder to prevent this.
