Package: phonefsod
Severity: grave
Tags: sid
This is cute one
# /etc/init.d/phonefsod start
Starting SHR Phone FSO daemon: phonefsodstart-stop-daemon: unable to start /usr/sbin/phonefsod (Permission denied)
failed!
debian-gta02:~# ls -l /usr/sbin/phonefsod/
total 36
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 36792 Aug 9 17:10 phonefsod
debian-gta02:~# ls -l /usr/sbin/phonefsod/phonefsod
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 36792 Aug 9 17:10 /usr/sbin/phonefsod/phonefsod
To repair, I did
debian-gta02:~# mv /usr/sbin/phonefsod/phonefsod /tmp
debian-gta02:~# rmdir /usr/sbin/phonefsod
debian-gta02:~# mv /tmp/phonefsod /usr/sbin/
debian-gta02:~# /etc/init.d/phonefsod restart
Stopping SHR Phone FSO daemon: phonefsod failed!
Starting SHR Phone FSO daemon: phonefsod.
seems like a bug in the .install file .
Cheers,
Steffen
