Yeah!  Did you try the version with ringtones, too?

A few caveats:

 - receiving a SMS copies it in the log and removes it from the SIM
   (I have a very old SIM that can hold very few messages)
 - there is no way to pick up a phone call, but all details about it
   will be logged
   (I'm most of the time in the UK and I have the roaming Italian SIM in
   the FreeRunner, so it's good enough for me to see who's calling and
   then call them back cheaply via VoIP)

There's obviously space for implementing more phone functions, but what
zavai does at the moment is the bare minimum that I require.
