[pkg-fso-maint] FSO2 packaging

I updated my freerunner, so that I can test all the stuff. First of
all: You should not yet install the libs for now (FSO introduced an
ABI break). I didn't notice, since there were no symbols files
created by Heiko :(

I also checked Rico's updated fso daemon packages. They won't work
currently, since the plugins won't be able to find the libs in
/usr/lib/freesmartphone without RPATH or something similar being
set. I will probably take care of this tomorrow.
