I'd really like to see a boot loader (u-boot or Qi) in Debian. Having
everyone use the same boot loader would make bug reporting a lot
easier. Install.sh documentation would not need to direct people into
downloading "random binaries from other distros" ;-)

Getting kernel to debian is probably too large challenge for GSoC.
