[pkg-fso-maint] install.sh: should dpkg clear paths during install?

I am striving towards it, yes. Maybe we could reduce the contrasts of
this picture a bit and reduce something for some packages, which just may
not be of too much interest for those using the mobile mostly as a phone.

There would for instance not be too much motivation on my side to read
any documentation of anything on the mobile that my laptop also has. So,
the docs of the base system would be a prime candidate, indeed. A man
page of omhacks however should remain.

I would ask for a reinstallation of that package. This is yet another
problem of this proposal. And apt-get install of the package would
add documentation and this way exceed a 512MB limit that was fine initially.
