[pkg-fso-maint] install.sh: should dpkg clear paths during install?

Hmm, what's the motivation here? To reduce space? SD cards are really
cheap nowadays...

The man pages on your laptop might not match the versions of the
packages that your phone has. Also there are several people who use
debian on openmoko but don't use debian on any other system.
