Hello,

version 2.6.39-1gta022 of my unofficial gta02 kernels is available:

http://lindi.iki.fi/lindi/openmoko/linux-2.6-gta02/try2/
https://gitorious.org/pkg-fso/linux-2-6-gta02/commits/gta02
http://lindi.iki.fi/lindi/openmoko/linux-2.6-gta02/try2/dmesg.txt

linux-2.6 (2.6.39-1gta022) UNRELEASED; urgency=low

  * Split -dbg package to -minimal-dbg and -dbg.
  * Remove mmc patches that were reverted anyway.
  * Use kernel configuration that is much more similar to
    normal Debian kernels.
  * Bump abiname to gta022 to make it possible to install two
    versions at the same time.

I have used this kernel for more than 24 hours without seeing any
regressions. Please test and report any problems you find. The most
important feature of this version is that it uses the standard debian
kernel configuration which means that you get 1302 modules.

Not everything is a module yet though to make sure that this kernel can
be used without an initramfs (I don't everyone to have upgraded to
latest qi yet :P).

Last but not least I started compiling notes on the patches that are
still not upstreamed at

http://wiki.openmoko.org/wiki/Kernel/Upstreaming

I'll send a separate mail about this to openmoko-kernel later since this
is really not debian related.
