[pkg-fso-maint] install.sh: Let /var/run and /var/lock be symlinks to /run

Ok, thanks for the advice. I dropped these from the fstab that
install.sh nowadays generates.

    Let /var/run and /var/lock be symlinks to /run
    
    We no longer need to have a separate tmpfs mounts for /var/run and
    /var/lock since they are now normally symlinks to /run.
