About the subject of commit mails for packages kept in git

Hello,

I was wondering if something could be done about the subject of the
commit mails from the git versioned packages so that they have a
subject similar to the SVN ones.

So instead of:
[SCM] Simple and fast multimedia library for C++ branch, master,
updated. 78bad8faa08318d3492230f0ef38980a6710bfb8

I would consider this a lot better:
[SCM][master] libsfml/debian/patches/linking_against_all_needed_libs.patch


And would be aligned with the SVN commit mails and easier to
understand which package and paths are affected by a commit.
