Log:
Remove the unsuccessful attempt to package the fun yet problem-ridden
Scramble game.  There was some license trouble from the start, and
when I finally got 'round to trying to ask upstream for clarification,
it turned out that the upstream website had vanished and there are
no references to be found for something new.

So that's that for Scramble.  Maybe somebody will revive it someday.
