      Fix debian/changelog to prepare for new upload.
      Specifically Build-Depend on debhelper (>= 7.0.50).
      Removing current patches as they've been applied upstream.
      Add Build-Depends of libportaudio-dev and libpulse-dev.
      Add in support for PortAudio and PulseAudio.
      Update changelog.
