      Update to debian standards version 3.8.1. No changes
      Fix lintian warnings:
      Improve the .desktop file a tiny little bit
      Link the black ticket PNG to /usr/share/icons/londonlaw.png and use it in the the .desktop file
      Forgot to commit debian/londonlaw.links. Now it's there
      Reviewed debian/changelog and corrected some stuff and (hopefully) improved
      Place the UNRELEASED marker into debian/changelog. It's not uploaded, yet
      Remove dh_desktop from debian/rules. It's a no-op, now.
      Do not only go through upgrading.txt, but also increase the version in
      Add Vcs-* fields to debian/control
      Target unstable
