    Remove OpenArena patches to remove bits of sv_strictAuth
    
    The sv_strictAuth cvar is dead code after the patch
    "Never talk to an authorize server, even if not standalone" is applied,
    but it doesn't do any harm to leave it there, and it reduces divergence
    between ioquake3 and OpenArena.
