Remove debconf
The level of complexity vastly outweighed the slight simplification for
user setup. In the end, a user running a server can be expected to have
enough technical savvy to configure the server using the conf file. If not,
there are much larger pitfalls in store with this program!

+cyphesis-cpp (0.6.0-4) unstable; urgency=high

+ This version of Cyphesis removes the debconf system. That system was
+ overly-complex for the needs of Cyphesis and, even with all of that
+ complexity, still did not accomplish all of the necessary configuration.
+ Since manual editing of config files in /etc/cyphesis was still required,
+ the decision was made to simplify Cyphesis implementation by only using
+ those config files. The only significant change is that the "usemetaserver"
