no, not really. but if upstream releases a new version, which, let's
say, exchanges the code of the engine and adds a few new maps but
nothing else, one could simply upgrade just the engine and the maps
packages. the current way to package nexuiz forces a user to
download the whole game data (about 180 Megs) again, just because of
the new maps which might take about only 10 Megs... well, i wouldn't
mind that, but i tried to think of other people's situations and
internet connections.

if most people in this group don't mind not splitting up nexuiz-data
it's okay for me and i can save some time ;)
