[x] split done. after a hard fight with subversion :) i finally made it
to commit a quake3 that builds packages for common files, client and
server. i hope it doesn't break anything or too much!!

probably support for the quake3-data package on marc's private webspace
is broken due to some fixed symlinks in quake3-common, which i used as
a "glue" between /usr/lib and /usr/share.

i'm thinking of a solution for flexible quake3-common package -
suggests welcome!!! :)
